One bilingual workspace for a team’s daily coordination: assignments with owners and deadlines, a board for progress, conversations next to the work, and reports that come out in Arabic as they should.

Made for a private client. The screens are blurred to protect their privacy, and the profile leaves out what is theirs to tell.
The brief
The team coordinated its work across chat groups, spreadsheets and memory. Tasks were agreed in one place, tracked in another, and reported in a third, and the reports had to be rebuilt by hand in Arabic.
The brief was a single place where a task is assigned, discussed, moved along and reported, in the language the team actually works in, on the phones they actually carry.
What we did
- Designed the task model around how the team talks about work: an owner, a deadline, a status, and the conversation that goes with it.
- Built the board with drag-and-drop for the people who manage it, and simple lists for everyone else.
- Added a media plan with an approval flow, so content goes from draft to published through the right hands.
- Made reports export as properly right-to-left Word and PDF documents, with the Hijri calendar alongside the Gregorian one.

A messaging interface the team already knew how to use, attached to the work it is about.

A media plan where cells move from draft to review to published, and can be reopened when needed.

Structured reports exported as RTL Word and PDF, ready to send.
Installable, with notifications
A PWA on desktop and phone, with push notifications for what matters.
Where it stands
The app is in daily use and has grown through a series of staged updates since launch. We continue to maintain it.
